The International Betting Integrity Association (IBIA), a not-for-profit body representing the betting integrity interests of many of the largest licensed retail and online betting operators in the world, would like to draw your attention to a number of issues and concerns with regard to the notified draft law concerning the Third State Treaty amending the State Treaty on Games of Chance – 2019/187/D (Germany) and its compatibility with European Union (EU) law.
