The International Betting Integrity Association (IBIA) was pleased to participate in the latest meeting of INTERPOL’s International Match-Fixing Task Force, where our CEO Khalid Ali joined global law enforcement, sports bodies and integrity experts to discuss ongoing challenges and cooperation frameworks to combat match-fixing.

The discussion explored:

• How betting data can effectively support law enforcement investigations.
• IBIA’s collaboration with INTERPOL and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI).
• The value of regulated markets in maintaining transparency and accountability.
• Recent manipulation cases which demonstrated the value of regulated-sector data in identifying corrupters.
